Bringing clean water closer to home
A well may seem like a simple thing. But in a rural community in Mozambique, it can change everything. CFO-MOZ has helped fund three protected wells equipped with hand pumps for our partners’ communities.
A protected well means more than water — it means health, dignity, opportunity, and hope. It can mean a mother no longer walks miles for water, and girls have more time for school.
Creating opportunities for children
Education can change the trajectory of an entire family — and ultimately, an entire community. CFO-MOZ has helped fund the construction and development of schools where children have limited access to quality education.
The schools we’ve helped build provide safe, welcoming environments for children to grow academically, socially, and spiritually — including school buildings, teachers, uniforms, supplies, and daily meals.

Keeping our partners moving
Few people in Mozambique own cars, and public transportation can be a harrowing, crowded, unreliable experience. For our ministry partners, dependable transportation is essential — to transport staff, bring children to school, deliver supplies, and respond when someone needs help.
One partner serves in a particularly remote location, reached only by a rugged dirt road filled with deep ruts and bumps. CFO-MOZ has been able to help provide dependable vehicles when the need arises — helping our partners spend less time worrying about how they’ll get where they need to go, and more time doing the work they’ve been called to do.
These are not simply projects — they are expressions of what happens when people come together to bring life and hope to a community.
